ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Docu-Options has been invited to participate in the Service Value Reseller program. This program is offered to a small group of equipment resellers that have demonstrated both their commitment to customer satisfaction and the Xerox product line.

Under this agreement, Docu-Options has been authorized by Xerox Corporation to offer Full Service Maintenance Agreements on selected units. These units are Fully Refurbished Xerox Systems and are pre-certified as eligible for a Xerox Full Service Maintenance Agreement (FSMA).

Docu-Options carries a full line of reconditioned Xerox products that are pre-certified or can be certified for Xerox service. Please contact us for information on our pre-certified units.

These Systems are Refurbished and meet all Xerox Full Service Maintenance Eligibility Standards prior to leaving our refurbishment center. These Systems will be installed and can be put under a Xerox Full Service Maintenance agreement with Xerox at NO additional Cost or Exposure to you

This Service Agreement while coordinated by Docu-Options and Xerox, will be directly with Xerox Corporation and is subject to Xerox Credit Approval and will include all standard Xerox FSMA terms and conditions.

Bottom Line:

-You Save Money on the Hardware investment.

-You receive a refurbished/inspected System.

-System is installed and placed under Xerox FSMA.

-You enjoy the security/quality of Xerox FSMA.

***NOTE*** Effective July 1, 2004 all Xerox Printing/Publishing systems purchased from a provider other than Xerox are subject to a one time re-registration or license administration fee of $3,500 for the Operating System.

When users purchase a pre-owned Xerox system such as a 6180 or 4635NPS they are required to execute a Xerox license agreement that gives them an exclusive perpetual right to use the proprietary Xerox Operating System.Xerox has established a special phone center at 1-800-327-9753 to handle the registration process.Your Docu-Options representative can help you with any questions and also help make the process go smoothly.

As a Xerox Authorized Service Value Reseller (SVR), all of our CERTIFIED* Xerox systems meet special criteria which allow us to include the Xerox Operating System re- registration fee in our sales price.Please call your representative to find out more!! * Not all DocuOptions Xerox equipment meet the criteria to be "CERTIFIED" by Xerox. Units that are not "CERTIFIED" by Xerox may be of the same high quality, but will not include the Operating System re-registration fee.The fee will be incremental on non- CERTIFIED units.
